1.What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before?
Had a major Fib/Tib Multiple Fracture
Courtesy that Mum visited me in NZ
Again saw the whole of South Island ( 3000 kms + in 11 days simply mind blowing )
Back on my feet after a long haul from 13 apr t0 Sept.
Landed on Franz Joseph Glacier atop Mt Cook the highest peak in NZ
Held baby Darsh

2.Did you keep your New Years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
No but was a little out of my control . This Year have resolved to maintain last years .

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Chetna to baby Darsh.

4.Did anyone close to you die?
My Fam Dr Pradip Uncle and even though I have not been Back home for long was difficult .

5.What countries did you visit?
Saw the South Island completely.

6.What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
Lakshya/ Re- Focus

7.What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory?
13 apr 2008

8.What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Got back on my feet/maintain my positive aatitude/travel again/be Alive

9.What was your biggest failure?
Probably not doing enough to save friendship

10.Did you suffer illness or injury?
Yeah @ the risk of repeating my self the Fib/Tib Fracture ( when I do things I go the whole hog as my radiologist told me )

11.What was the best thing you bought?
Not a lot this year ...

12.Whose behavior merited celebration?
Nitesh for being there thru thick n thin
Merrill for being herself ( onward and upwards /Remember who u are and who u belong to will stay with me no matter where I am )
For Friends who walked in when others walked out of my life

13.Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
A singular elderly lady who I had the misfortune to meet

14Where did most of your money go?
Roti/kapda/makaan

15What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Walking again

Well nothing really this year was totally - He Giveth and he Taketh Kind .

Sit and worry about what I call Variables ( the people who walk in and out of my Life)

Dining and watching Fireworks

AH well ACC/ Hospitals/Health care workers/ work

Yeah all over again with Life

My Job ( in recession and redundancy scare )
The use of my legs ( Halleluja )
A house when I needed it ( even tho it cost me a arm and a leg)

A Little more peace and happiness

Rock On ( even tho It did not beat Jhankar Beats in the same genre )
I tend to revisit old films that I like so yeah

31.What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
Was out with friends who fought thus making me realise am I not supposed to learn something??????

32What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
A little more handle on Life perhaps?

33How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
ha ha ha moonboots/plasters ( I was given a choice in colours after all ) /and bandages ...

The will to survive and I never give up

I do not Fancy celebrities

Anything to do with India

Bhai n dad n Neha although I speak to them daily

Probably the surgeon who operated my leg.

Life is precious and people are more valuable than anything . Money still is and will always be a very poor Yardstick for measuring people in my books .
