The KISS effect in music - Keeping it Simple and Sweet

The way music should be . Melody to touch the cords instantly not something that grows on you. Music that grows on you is something that you hum not cause you necessarily like it but because you have heard it so often that you hum it unknowingly

I have over the last few days heard the songs of Luck by chance, Billo Barber and Dev -D.

Luck by Chance is sheer music , simple and clean . No gimmicks and lyrics as well nothing dramatic but smooth .

Dev -D Hmmm heard the whole album twice over so far and apart from Hikk Nall nothing has struck cord . It has 18 tracks in all

Billo Barber : Chartbuster tracks , playing it to the gallery seeing that it stars Irfan khan and Shahrukh as himself and is a home production

I do seriously dislike the remix phase of music where each album has 3 different versions of the same track each more jarring than the earlier .

Oh for the music of the yesteryears !!!

And yeah it wont be surprising to see the music hit the top of the chartbusters it is after all whose PR is the best and who pushes the music the hardest ..
