Freed of fear one has amazing power to negotiate .. be it across the table for a job or a boardroom ..

I remember hearing how Sabeer Bhatia sold Hotmail to Microsoft for a astronomical sum simply because he was not afraid to negotiate - had nothing to loose ..

I write this because I am at crossroads where I dont need to bend this has given me the freedom to think .No pressure to confirm is sheer bliss .

I have learned over the years that when one's mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear.
