Meal times

As I  was growing up my mum encouraged me to talk ... we were always encouraged to talk ... to speak whats on our minds  we were taught to never leave any issues unresoved. get them over and done with and tomorrows a new day.....  i guess  i have to learn all over again.... Dinner times were special cos on weekdays that was the only times we got to see dad , we went to a all day school.... dad would always ask us  and encourage us to speak. my dad was strict   but fair.  Ihope I have imbibed some of the values . all this cos I read the  Meal times are a great place to learn on a bill board today
