When the tide is not in your favour as it sometimes will not be, it is important to remember that there are people who will be there  for you.

The last couple of years have been a steep learning curve.   At times I have struggled to remember the person I used to be.

 hence the posts have been few and far in between.

I thank the people who have still visited and hopefully 2020 will be the year I  land on my feet.
